Cleanup
Renters are responsible for cleanup. An additional $2000 security deposit is held and refunded upon satisfactory inspection.
Trash & Waste
Vendors are responsible for clearing out all trash and debris after event. We maintain a strict leave no trace policy to preserve natural and public areas.
Electrical Use
Caterers, Bands, and DJs must confirm the availability and load capacity of electrical outlets to avoid overloads.
Loading Zones
Vendors must use designated loading and unloading zones to avoid damage to landscapes, hardscapes, and historical buildings.
