Reception rental includes access beginning at 8:00 a.m. to allow for setup, preparation, and extended use until 12:00 midnight, with tear down and cleanup completed by midnight, unless additional time has been arranged. Additional time may be arranged for extended events.
Includes use of an indoor caterer’s kitchen and indoor restrooms. Outdoor setup includes available WiFi, accessible electrical outlets, picnic tables, parking.

Cleanup
Renters are responsible for cleanup. An additional $2000 security deposit is held and refunded upon satisfactory inspection.
Trash & Waste
Vendors are responsible for clearing out all trash and debris after event. We maintain a strict leave no trace policy to preserve natural and public areas.
Electrical Use
Caterers, Bands, and DJs must confirm the availability and load capacity of electrical outlets to avoid overloads.
Loading Zones
Vendors must use designated loading and unloading zones to avoid damage to landscapes, hardscapes, and historical buildings.
